The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff at W were extremely welcoming and helpful, always wearing a smile and ready to assist. I highly recommend trying the massage service, specifically with Linda who did an excellent job.

There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as a leaking ceiling and some broken items in the spa and relaxation rooms.

The lobby had a lively atmosphere, and the amenities were plentiful. I particularly enjoyed the fresh juice bar at breakfast, and the gym and pool were well-appointed. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, and mini-marts, making it easy to explore the city. it was a great value for money and a very comfortable stay.
